The Best Meatloaf You Ever Ate

 

1lb Garden of Eden natural grass-fed ground lamb

1 cup oatmeal

1 organic pastured egg

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

1Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp each salt and black pepper

Preheat oven to 325F.  Beat egg, herbs and spices.  Add onion and oatmeal, stir until well mixed.  Gently mix in ground lamb, just until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Shape into a loaf, bake in 9" loaf pan 35-40 minutes or until interior reads 165F on meat thermometer. Serve with baked sweet potatoes, dilled green beans and enjoy!
